Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa & Mastercard are accepted.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, under the following guidlines:

** TAXIDERMY PIECES:The product ordered was not a custom, one of a kind design.
** Cancellation of order was received prior to the work commencing on your project.

I canceled my order but I haven’t received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
** We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
** If you paid by personal or company check a refund will be issued to you within 7-10 business days.

Can I return an item that is damaged or defective?
Yes. All merchanidise is insured against damage or loss. We will make every effort to repair or replace your merchandise in the event it is damaged or lost in shipping. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. If necessary we will offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value. We may also offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery date.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if it is the shipping address is within the state of Colorado.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days.
All items too large for UPS shipping will ship by common carrier,(truck lines) generally 14-28 days estimated delivery time.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. All of our taxidermy orders are shipped via UPS or COMMON CARRIER. Both require a valid street address. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order.

International orders can be shipped after all export and import permits are in order. We handle all paperwork required by government agencies in the US to ensure that your shipment will arrive at its destination. Occasionaly we may ask you for information from your gov’t concerning import permits.

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type, destination, and shipper.

Items shipped by UPS will have freight charges calculated and added to total due. Larger items are shipped via common carrier,freight collect.
